There once was a time in the NBA when men where men
ОтветитьNothing better than 80s/90s basketball
ОтветитьHoly cow, trash talking, body blows, cross checks !!!
ОтветитьLatrell used to COOK John Starks like he was stewed chicken.
ОтветитьWhen big guys were dominant! Them big boys soft now and wanna be pg’s
ОтветитьThat’s one expensive camera he’s using this looks great
ОтветитьMan were there any bigger enforcers in the league in the 90's than Charles Oakly and Larry Grandma Johnson
ОтветитьSpreewell...Has got to be high in the running for the most foolish self destructive stories of all time. Just one personal screw up after another after another. It's hard to even think about. It's tragic for him, his family and all those he physically damaged with his careless disregard for pretty much everything
ОтветитьFast foward amd both are well known knicks
ОтветитьThe funny thing about this interaction between these fellas is years later in 1999 during the lockout, they got traded for each other!😄😄
ОтветитьFunny thing is they are traded for each other
ОтветитьLol, and they were traded for each others.
ОтветитьSpree was a great Knick for the time he was there, fit right in.
Ответитьjohn是我那年代看球的偶像,夠硬!
ОтветитьIronically they would be traded for each other in the future
ОтветитьThose Knicks jerseys are gorgeous
ОтветитьThen they switched teams a few years later lol.
ОтветитьIts so funny how they were traded for each other
ОтветитьLord knows I miss this era of basketball smh just the way it made you feel everyone getting together in the living room or in the basement ordering them pizzas and wings wit the drank knowing you watching real big man basketball and every team was a super team 💯💪🏾
Ответитьoakley didnt want any smoke from Spencer
ОтветитьI knew this was 96 soon as I saw the jerseys. Miss that Knick team, got fucked over by punk ass PJ Brown.
Ответитьthey need to bring these knicks jerseys back!!
ОтветитьKnicks were like ohh this guy spree will fit in just fine 🧐
Ответить🗣️EAST SIDE SAN JOSE!!!!! 💯✊💪😎💯❤️
ОтветитьLittle did they know one dude would replace the other years later as Knick lol. 💯
ОтветитьThose Knick Jerseys are kind of dope.
ОтветитьThis Knick team ended up picking up Sprewell.
ОтветитьThe scary thing is when joe smith hit out the air and the bottom of his shoes said air?🤔🤷🏾♂️
ОтветитьSpree was one of the most overrated players of all time.
ОтветитьLol it took 9 real mins to play 40 seconds of basketball
ОтветитьStarks will always be ny favorite knick
ОтветитьIronically they would be traded for each other
ОтветитьNBA management really doesn't know their audience if they aren't allowing this brand of basketball. So boring now compared to the 80's and 90's era
Ответитьjohn starks is a legend,,, dunking on bullls
ОтветитьStarks my fav KNICK of all time. This whole NY lineup
ОтветитьToday's NBA is gluten free. Like all the rest of the old-heads in the comment section, there was a level of volatility that went hand-in-hand with winning that is immediately taken away by the refs and the league office. Altercations are quickly defused and this has an impact on the energy of the game. Each team is not going to back down in any regard whether it is the game or an actual fight, but it is all a part of it.
The game today is bland. It no longer has the fire or the flavor of true competition or rivalry. Thanks for the video.
They became teammates after Spreewell 1 year suspension
Ответитьrun a muck buck Williams..bimbo coles..spree..oaktree..all these guys had great bball names...basketball back in the DAY..no fake kings!!!!
Ответитьi would take spree ..over starks all day long...he was a real one...used to be a Knick ..right?
ОтветитьThat John Starks guy thinks he can stop everybody. But come to think of it, he is always burned by his man
Ответитьwait a minute, i thought they didn't call these pitty pat taunting fouls back in the hardcore 90s....lol...quick i need some middle aged guy to give us a lame excuse for this...
ОтветитьOakley breaking up a fight 😂
ОтветитьThis was when they played in San Jose while they were adding seats to Oracle in Oakland. These were really bad days. Joe smith enough said
ОтветитьAnd then the Knicks traded Starks for Spree
ОтветитьSprewell was good.
ОтветитьSpreewell a real street Nnword.
ОтветитьLatrell was a straight goon 😂
ОтветитьBack when basketball was great and Knicks players had some class and some balls
Ответить
