How To FIX Instagram Music Not Showing All Songs! (2023)

The only fix that worked for me was switching the instagram account from business to creator.
Open instagram - settings and privacy-business tools and controls-switch account type. Switch to creator.

I found a fix finally. Change the category of your account to Entrepreneur and it will work.

Nah it just be glitching. It is soooo frustrating trying to use the search feature - I’ve found songs but the search bar literally will return results at random. I can put it in three times in a row and get random results then the fourth time exactly what I’m looking for pops up.

FIXED: Switch your IG Account To Creator, and it will be fixed, if it's not request a Meta verification and they will add you to the waiting list, it will be fixed.

FOUND SOLUTION! Its because under business account you cant use popular/copyright music without permission. Either change your page to personal OR your business type to Entrepreneur in Edit Profile > Category! Hope this helps!!!!

My problem is that I want to post a certain song as a note but no music from that entire album show up for me, but it does for my friends and everyone else

My issue is that I’ll have certain audios on main page , but they don’t come out on my business page

!!OK GUYS I THINK I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!
First you have to go to settings and click on the "meta verified" option
Then you have to request a verification and they will add you to the waiting list.
After doing this just wait for 5 days and within 5 days all your music is gonna come back.
I was suffering from the same problem and then did this and now all the music are back.

I can’t get some artists only their feats and no notes the songs don’t work only on story or reels and this is getting annoying

I have had this issue for the past two weeks after returning from a vacation. I have reinstalled the app, logged out and back in, changed account type from personal to creator to business to back to personal, cleared cache. Reported numerous times but still there is no change. But everyone else around me had access to their mainstream songs. It is so annoying

Hi my instagram is on a creator account, but I can't play any copy right music for some reason. its been 2 weeks now of this. Any solution? I'm a music artist and I can't post my own music for some reason now :( Even when I switch to a personal account, its treated as if its a business one

It’s definitely all our personal PROFILES that’s the problem and not the app! I logged into my husband’s phone to see if it works on a different device and the same thing happens, plus his Instagram account is fine! Reporting with Instagram isn’t doing anything, surely they can fix it soon, it’s been 2 weeks for me! Has to be a bug!

Saving audio works but then when you go to replay it, it gets an error. PLEASE SUGGEST SOMETHING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.

When I search for music to create a Reel or post with music I don’t get results for popular artist like Madonna, Beyoncé, David Bowie, Drake etc., just a list of songs and artists I never heard of. I’ve tried all suggested fixes and applied 3 new updates since this all started two weeks. Music from my old Reels work fine but the music doesn’t play on my posts. I’ve made problem reports but no response. This is a personal account. So frustrating!

This doesn’t solve my issue. There are still artist and songs that I know nothing about. I’ll type Beyoncé and it’ll say No results found. But they’re available if I make a reel. Or If I want to post audio to my note I can. But not being able to add to my story is throwing me all the way off. I also cannot hear music on other peoples stories. It’s says song is currently unavailable. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks. If you could post a video on how to fix this issue it would be helpful
