Watching this is Killin me. I 😱 love my dogs 🐕 ❤ I've had dogs since I was a child. Now I won't be without my dogs. 17yr old jack Chihuahua also a 2yr old french bulldog, I don't get why they aren't treating there dog against ticks. My dogs hav all the jabs aswel as every product off the shelves no matter the cost. 😇 I will go without for my dogs 🐕 as I bought them in to my home.

Poor dog I wish the tick preventative worked on these types of ticks but they don't. There really isn't any meds that keep those ticks away.

DON'T BLUR THE NEEDLES! It's stupid. Surgery blurring is understandable, but blurring a needle is completely pointless.

He doesn’t like a Labrador. Innoway it’s in the retriever family. Golden or lab is good. Most importantly he’s OK.

Clearly, the owners are not being responsible and giving their pets preventative tick/flea/heart worm prevention medication. Shame on the owners. If you live in such a dangerous area, PROTECT YOUR PETS! Poor dog…

Flea and Tick treatments would be much cheaper than intensive care at the clinic. It is shocking that people there don't use products to prevent ticks.

Those same owners thought he had something in his throat the first time. They need to spray their yard or do some kind of prevention. Isn’t there a vaccination for tick like here in the US? This is crazy how many animals are affected by ticks there.

everyone who reads this comment I am just about to tell u what my Chihuahua had gone through while he was with us…

btw he was not as harmed as u think

so firstly..
Cooper was his name,so when we got him he had a broken-ish back he was struggling to get off and on my mothers bed so one time when we came back from the shops we forgot we had him so my sister accidentally stepped on the right spot where it was hurting him and he had a fixed back after that accident happened😅

Secondly
So one time he was he was not standing up properly, then a friend gave over and was patting him then felt a lump she said “hmm t-that’s a TICK!” Mum was shocked then we gave him a bath then we took the tick out PERFECTLY! 😮

Thirdly
So my mother couldn’t take care of him any longer ( bc he peed EVERYWHERE) so we gave him to a new owner then she found out that he had 27 rotten teeth (we got cooper from a family member keep that in mind)!

so that was all the traumatising times of coopers life…😅

Sadly, he will have to be shaved down for the rest of his life
Shaving a double coat dog once, destores it forever
Every time it grows back, it just becomes one big mat
You can keep it long, but it takes hours on hour of work to brush it all out, and some groomers don't think it's worth it
