i think i should warn people here that if you're on the heavy side, and either one of your knees is in pain, this still isn't the best work out to follow despite the title.
That said, I'm sure this workout is useful for a lot of people but with the condition of my knee, I'm not able to.

ОтветитьWow i really felt the burn and I just used I think 1 or 2 lb ankle weights...did anyone elses toes cramp up I have such a problem with cramping lol i know i know drink electrolytes already which is what Im about to do😅

ОтветитьI used to workout my glutes religiously with heavy weights and after taking a 3 month break I went into this thinking it would be easy but man was I humbled. Took me a while to get thru the whole video but glad I did and I can’t thank you enough for your free content. This made me never want to take a 3 month break again

ОтветитьCaroline, I love ya! With that being said, this was the first workout I didn't like. Way too much bulgarian. I pride myself on having worked my way up to keeping up with you but this workout just fell apart for me. I don't mind going to a regular lunge for a set or two but the whole workout was too much. First time I've walked away unfulfilled and dissatisfied
