Should be A(D)/B(C) it is correct when you used numbers though

Does anyone know if you can have multiple research designs in one research? For example, a research involving a experimental and a cross-sectional design?

According to this formula the result is 0.10 something ! Which is wrong.
So the right formula is A * D / B*C then the answer will be 3.71 . Thanks

How did you get 3.71 at #4 if the formula is A×B/C×D?
