I will look into taking those supplements. Thanks for the information. I was taking EPO. I had to stop when I found out that it contained plant oil that could affect those like myself who are acne-prone. And once I did, the acne reduced significantly. So I will advise those who are prone to acne, use with caution. We already have plant oil from the veggies we eat. So taking EPO may increase oils in our bodies which results in more sebum production and acne struggles. I also noticed my voice became deeper. I sing and realising that I couldn't hit some notes again was scary for me.. My voice returned back to normal once I stopped taking it. My periods was also affected. So just like DIKAN has said, check with a Doctor before taking. They work well for a lot of people. But I guess for a few of us, it's a NO-NO.
