ОтветитьMan i learned all of this alone i REALLY wish i saw this tutorial before 😂 anyways good video bro
ОтветитьHonestly, I think it would be easier for me to master Japanese or Chinese than to learn all these types of jump rope. Just prevention to not chop off my head.
ОтветитьI’m doing a skipping challenge for Stroke Association this feb and this video has helped loads! Thank you :)
ОтветитьBut fr should I even do jumping rope for boxing if I am skinny guy I'm only at 60kg so I don't really want to get even more skinnier but idk if jumping r. will make me lose more weight
Ответить❤❤❤😊😊😊🎉💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🤩🤩
ОтветитьCan you recommend some good footwear please? I really want to start jumping rope again but I'm older now at 39 and want to protect my knees and joints. It's preventing me from starting, could you guide us better on this? Thank you
ОтветитьJust wondering why you say you created this jump rope? I´ve seen quite a few of these, only difference is the name on the rope. And creating the release-button? I´ve had ropes with those for a few years. Sell your ropes, but be honest about them.
ОтветитьI ordered a jump rope one that even has some technology and an app. That tracks the reps even calories too. Interesting feats it has. Edit I see the video now I'm might buy yours in the future too
ОтветитьThis was super helpful, thanks Tony
Ответитьi can do the double one but cant do the crossover any tips?
ОтветитьI box and jump rope is part of my training
ОтветитьWhat's the best surface to jump on ? Cement, mats or other ?
ОтветитьI’ve seen people do it with where their toe and heel touch the ground each time. Are you required to do that or can you do the movement just in the air?
ОтветитьCrickey! The way you jump rope is mental! Just incredible!
ОтветитьThank you for making this video! I’m training how to jump rope for the first time and I have done 5 jumps so far thanks to you! (Edit) now I have became a pro jumper I now do one leg and x
ОтветитьAsk laurenjumps😂
ОтветитьWell this was great! Here I thought the handles should reach right up to your arm pits. No wonder I was constantly tripping. Middle of the ribs. Thank you!!
ОтветитьI always had issues with jumping rope when I practiced boxing
ОтветитьCan’t warrant nearly £50 for a jump rope. You need to get some uk company to ship it for you Tony.
ОтветитьIn thailand we dont use this little ropes.we use big invisible ropes😭 for 10 minutes before a session and i fell like am holding q rock after that😂
ОтветитьI still cant do the cross overs, been trying for ages😫😫
ОтветитьBEAUTIFUL SIR, VERY IMPRESSING, I TY. FOR SHARING
ОтветитьIve always wanted to know, how long does a typical jump rope session for an intermediate and professional boxer last? Do they just go 10 minutes straight as youve told us to do here?
Or do they skip 20 to 30 minutes in intervals?
And is it on a daily basis?
I cannot able do skipping for long period of time.
ОтветитьMate I am an Old School Aussie - the cousin of Lionel Rose instructed me as a kid. I always called it skipping - but jump rope is fine as I understand different words used in the USA
ОтветитьThis so good timing im getting a jump rope in 1 or 2 days will definitely use this guide thanks man 👍🏻
Ответитьjust in time with the tutorial man. i'm trying to learn muay thai and i heard that skipping can help increase bone density. great tutorial i can already do the basic level consistently now, thanks.
ОтветитьYou're the goat. Been trying to learn how to skip for weeks
ОтветитьHow can I utilize or make use of my rear(right) hand more? I'm a right handed Orthodox but my right isnt as versatile as my lead hand, I can throw explosive hooks, jabs, uppercuts and all o that with my lead hand while I can only really throw a right cross. Btw I of course can throw different punches with my right it's just that I rely on my left to get in, pressure, even ko sometimes and then follow up with a right cross or hook.
ОтветитьI came here from Dhar Mann lol
ОтветитьI found you from a dhar mann video, I am your 2,000,000 subscriber!
ОтветитьI dont have a boxing gym near my house so this helps thanks!! 🥊

ОтветитьLiving legends share all boxing secrets,so humble. No other living legend do this, everybody hide secrets, but for what?
ОтветитьTony you read My mind just what we need
ОтветитьI almost feel embaressed to say I am a pro at the basic stuff but I never even bothered learning the fancy advanced stuff not even a cross over 😂 even though I was in the boxing gym multiple years. I might retry it now eith that explanation
ОтветитьGreat vid Tony I always skip to start a session can you do a video on injury prevention, stretchs to add to warm ups and warm downs
ОтветитьMaaaaaate … I cannot thank you enough for your incredibly informative videos. For an older generation person like myself they have been straight forward, easy to understand, adopt and flexible. You are a legend. 😎
