ОтветитьDay 2 is done🎉. Happy to notice how the body is relaxing in breathing moments and how listening to words makes me feel better and lighter and, at the same time, stronger that I can do it. ОтветитьI notice. My impatience. Keep wondering when is it ending. I notice my stability. My feet and body are grounded. Towards the end of the video, I stayed longer. The noticing is really like the cloud. Notice and it passed.

ОтветитьShowed up for Day 2 and i'm proud I've committed to 2 days of YWA. I feel better today than yesterday, slowly easing into the practice and becoming more aware of my body. A few weeks late but still happy I showed up for myself. Thank you Adriene and the YWA community!

ОтветитьMy own doggo was addiment on being under me during every plank. On the last part while I was doing some deep breathing she took that opportunity to lick my face haha.
ОтветитьIt's been over 2 weeks since day 1 video. It's hard to practice when you are super sick. But it's harder to jump back on after stopping for so long. I'm glad I didn't quit.

Hi Adrienne thank you for this practice! I am wondering if you have any advice on what to do about my hips. They are popping all the time especially my inner thigh area I feel a ball of pressure and then move towards it and it pops.
