Idk the lower back looks wrong still just a bit,
Definitely looks like he is lifting a lot of weight but maybe overloaded to be doing it correctly

I’ve seen someone get a no lift using this technique because he managed to break the bar from the floor while removing the slack and then it touched the floor before he could initiate the lift

Your form needs improvement. Your shoulders are rounded shoulders the whole way through. Pick your entire sternum up, not just your chest.
