I really hope you don't overheat that GPU, and yeah I can see you have no way around it presently. But I would suggest getting CPUID Hardware monitor to keep an eye on temps. The only way to really get around the issue is if your card does get hot, like around 85c then it would be a good idea to get a GTX 1060 Founders Edition, reason I say this is it has a blower style cooler and the fan would be long enough to get cool air past the sound card.

Also forgot to mention. if fan noise is an issue with those 80mm fans in the rear you could get some ether 3 pin fans (I don't know if that MoBo has PWM fan headers or not for case cooling) but if you attach the fans to the MoBo you can control the speed of your fans in the bois and they would be silent.

Hello, you could try upgrading the bios, maybe that could have the option for the auto power on.

Using Linux! Respect! I used to use Archlinux, but that was for learning. Now I use Debian which is super stable (Archlinux wasn't and still isn't, probably never will be)!
