this is phenomenal . thank you for making such a concise tutorial! QUESTION: is there anyway to have a keyboard shortcut to Insert Adjustment Clip so we don't have to find it in the panel (even if it's Favorited we have to switch panels). QUESTION 2: Do you think we will ever get the ability to add motion blur to transform ON THE EDIT PAGE? thanks again
ОтветитьCan we use adjustment clips as masks? If so, How? If not, why not?
ОтветитьThis is great!! Thank you!!
ОтветитьAt last I found this video. I was googling for like 30 minutes how to apply effect only to part of clip (frame) and this video explains this. You saved a lot of my nerve cells man, thank you.
ОтветитьAWESOME!! Thank you!!
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьMaybe make a tutorial how to start to préparé all your videos to cut and manage them on thé timeline and add music for thé transision. Kind of dummy tutorial how to start
ОтветитьHonestly, why aren't smooth splines just the default at this point? 😆
ОтветитьOk. You earned a sub on that one. Thx for the info.
ОтветитьI have Subscibe Right Now😂 I need More
ОтветитьGreat videos.
Whenever I use an adj clip my pc grinds to a halt.
Mov the adj clip and the pc hangs
Play over the adj clip and the fps drops to 9
Although if I scrub through it all is normal.
Any ideas why?
Thanks
Hi
my blanking fill not working with adjustment clip, any solution please thanks
I'd love to see workflow tips. For example I create UI interface tutorial videos with talking head and screensharing plug additional assets as overlays. I find I'm cutting a lot of clips and repeating a lot of tasks manually but every time I watch one of your videos, I 🤦♀about how much time I've wasted doing things one by one. Like this video! I just one-by-one color graded a 20 min video that had over 60 clips because I didn't know about these tricks with adjustment clips. Thanks again for the amazing content!
ОтветитьHello, you can export videos with chapter marks, because that option is there but it does not export with chapter marks.
ОтветитьI am at the moment of transition from Pr Pro to DaVinci and watch lots of tutorials. Just personal observation: DaVinci gurus vs Pr Pro gurus it's like another Nation. Both great, no offense, but different in some aspects. Jut one wish: keep tutorials consise. You know: time is money! 😊
ОтветитьI'm really struggling to make the switch from Premiere Pro to Resolve. A video on "If you did THIS in Premiere - then do THIS in Resolve" sort of thing would be helpful
ОтветитьHow do you lengthen or shorten the effect without having to go in and adjust all the key frames individually? That is the only issue i'veh ad using this method
ОтветитьHey, this is so on point for me, thank you. sometimes you lose me when you get into the terminology and jargon of the industry and since I'm just starting to figure this out, would you consider making a few videos illustrating some of the working language that editors should know about? just a thought for the future, thanks again RTG.
Ответитьthe adjustment layer being used to make transitions is good. As these can be nested with a sound effect or put the SFX into the fusion tab. And than put the transition into a super bin for easy reuse. I am tired of looking for SFX and applying them over and over again!
Ответитьgreat tutorial thanks, any tips regarding using compound clips and audio sync ? I have footage with interviews and 4 tracks that get messy timelines. need a cleaner way to edit. butalll tracks LAVS and BOOM needed for audio online
ОтветитьThis is mint
ОтветитьI have never been much of an artistic" video editor. I am very basic and simple because I thought it would be too complicated. But man, you've inspired by several of your videos. Thank you seriously, I think this is going to help me to improve A LOT!
ОтветитьThat whip transition tip with fusion is what I needed 👍 the best
Ответитьhow do i make some layers not be affected by an adjustment clip
ОтветитьGreat video talking and moving a little fast for beginners but very useful thank u. My opinion if u wanna teach newbies slow it down a little please some of us don’t process things faster then others
ОтветитьDR moved where the "Show Power Bins" option is located. You have to click the 3 dots in the upper right of your media pool. Great feature, just hard to find. Love your videos Chadwick! Fast, and awesome!
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI'll Def be watching several of your videos. Top tier.
Ответитьwow! cool, thanks!
ОтветитьFor some reason I cant see the option to view/create a power bin... Do you know why this might be? Im using DVR Studio 18.6.
Ответитьnot the gartic sfx
ОтветитьHow auto-import grabbed still into media pool?
ОтветитьThis is super awesome thank you for the amazing video!!
ОтветитьCan't you just use dynamic zoom instead of the continuous push?
ОтветитьGreat video, Chadwick! I use saved/named Adjustment Clips to punch into different areas, so that I can have a wide shot and then cut to myself, a shot just my guests or each guest individually. I also have at least one additional camera, so I use multi cam editing. What I’d love to be able to do is set up my adjustment clips as cameras and switch between them while playing through the video, the same as I do currently with the Cam 1 and Cam 2 buttons on the Speed Editor keyboard. Any tips or ideas?
ОтветитьLove your video, thanks for sharing your valuable experience.
ОтветитьThanks a lot ❤
ОтветитьThanks so much for this tutorial! Great information to help my editing!
ОтветитьGreat stuff! I am new to Davinci (I love it so much more than Premiere, especially that you pay for it once and that's it), and this video helped me out tremendously. It made my editing so much easier... . Thanks a lot! Subscribed...
ОтветитьThe content is great. But the flow is a bit too fast for me as a learner. Thanks for the useful content anyway.
ОтветитьGreat tips, thank you! Nice canon pro-100 chillen in the corner
ОтветитьHow do you get a quick screenshot from say the source window?
ОтветитьNew Sub who got you up to 7K! Go me! 🎉
ОтветитьHi there! First... thanks for the awesome videos to help a NEWBIE like me! Next I have a quick question for a problem I haven't been able to solve. I have a project that I had rendered. I later lost the original .mov file that I shot and the DRP backup from a major computer failure. I had to buy a new Macmini. Is there a way to split rendered sound.... the audio talking from the music track that have been merged? All I can find is how to seperate Audio from Video and that is NOT what I need... ;) If this is possible PLEASE HELP! HAHA. TIA
