For this blues lesson i show you three ways you can use the diminished scale in the forth bar of a straight 3 chord blues.
Instead of playing the whole- halftone diminshed scale, I learned from Robben Ford to always use the half whole tone diminished scale.
If I for instance play over a Bb dim chord, instead of starting on the Bb note, I start on the A then I play the Bb then I play C etc... It is the same notes as in the Bb diminshed, but just starting a half tone below, which somehow sounds more cool. You will find solo tabs at the end of the video.
I am little busy tomorrow, so I launch my lesson to day thursday, instead of friday.
