ОтветитьLove all the videos. I had actually been doing the same thing with a barbell, have to lighten and go lower then a pendlay row but man you can feel those lower traps. You deliver on the videos man.
ОтветитьI’ve never done traps at this angle I have always done shrugs. I tried these and felt my traps burn after 3 reps and he was right my traps were thick as hell.

ОтветитьCan’t seem to get my traps to grow. Late 50s, should issues. I do many of the exercises suggested. What’s wrong?
ОтветитьOkay, the last exercise is seriously EXACTLY what I needed! This gives me a crazy pump directly in my mid to upper traps and it doesn't feel awkward! It doesn't feel like I'm getting other muscle groups involved, at least minimally... and it allows me to work hard! I'm feeling it right now... this is all at my home gym where I don't have any cable machines at all.

The first exercise looks more like a rear delt movement.
ОтветитьHey Meat stick! Make a video on how to develop your abs. Like how to avoid the pot belly. Or if you don’t have a defined line down the middle, how do you develop specifically that…. Lower abs and there lines. Core for power and looks. Come on now. Hurry up,,,,, I need help here

ОтветитьI like Incline shrugs for middle traps.
Problem with using the cable movements is that it crosses over with lats so much and I tend to work traps on shoulders day and middle and lower traps and oth back. So, some of these movements I probable would only do if I paired back with traps.
Do a lot of you guys pair traps with lats!?
If I had a dollar for every uneducated, unproven statement comparing TRT to doing anabolic steroids I’d be a very rich 53 year old man who does TRT and as a young man did one cycle of Test/Deca/Anavar. Anyone thinking such before starting TRT is going to be very disappointed.

ОтветитьI’ve been doing heavy barbell shrugs cus I’ve always read that’s the only way to get bigger traps. But I’ve been doing it for months and haven’t seen much difference. Definitely thinking it’s time I lower the weight

Ответитьi haven't watched the video yet, but is it "train more"? it's always train more, isn't it? just do more sets with more reps and train to failure multiple times. then change the angle by 4 degree and do it again.

ОтветитьDude... That trick with the supinated grip works awesome. It helps keep your shoulder blades together better, especially for people like me with trade work that involves keeping your shoulders rounded throughout the day.
