My home screen will come on but the remote does nothing. I tried everything Amazon advised and then followed you. Both units I have do the same thing. Both remotes don't work. I give up. They must be bad. Also I cannot identify which units they are on my Amazon account because there is no serial number on the units. The only way to identify it is if it is working. Thanks, Amazon
