My problem is that my lumbar lordosis gets inverted into a kyphosis whenever I sit on a low chair. This stretch is slowly making my pelvis more functional in these painful ranges of motion

I have permanent nerve and muscle damage and I don't have the same days, if I overdo my PTI can be done for 4 days. But if I pay attention while I'm doing then I can actually get more done than I have been able to
