If anyone has modified these plans to have removeable legs, I would like to see a picture of what you did.
ОтветитьCan't believe this was 8 years ago! I've got to get around to making the coffee table version of this. It's so pretty!
ОтветитьThe woods alone is beyond my price range.. cherry...haha in the UK....hahaha
ОтветитьWow! Makes me want to clean my 3 stall garage out and start doing some woodworking
ОтветитьThat's an impressive set of tools you got there! Way Beyond my price range! I guess I'll have to look for something simpler. Nice table
Ответитьjust got the plans for this. looking forward to beginning the project. I have a newborn, so gonna have to be patient!
ОтветитьWhere can I buy just the plans?
ОтветитьMy daughter asked for a coffee table they could play games on. I used this video for inspiration and built a 4'x3' table at 20" tall; they love it. Thanks!
ОтветитьWow.... This is what true master craftsmanship looks like. Perhaps something to aspire to one day, but far beyond my current "DIY" skills, haha. Gorgeous work!!
ОтветитьJust wondering, I’m thinking about buying the plans but before I do that can you give me an idea of what the materials costed to build this or how many bdft of hardwood and other wood it takes to build. I see people charging 2100-3200 for these tables as of today so I’m guessing at least a grand in materials
ОтветитьBeautiful piece!
I am starting to realise that most gaming tables with a topper system face a very real risk of water seepage.
It would seem the method used to address the issue here is an acrylic panel.
Very impressive! Looks fantastic and the process is interesting and fun to watch.
ОтветитьAmazing to see this much craftmanship in just 5 minutes!
ОтветитьMake it 3 layers. Wood top/gaming top/tv bottom for dnd maps. I say you've got mad wood working skills and tools.
ОтветитьI find it really satisfying to see that wooden spindle bit go through that hole so flush.
ОтветитьBeautiful table. Can’t wait to build one myself, I just joined the guild yesterday.
Question: How do you prevent liquid from draining into the game table if someone spills something during dinner? Other than the the plexiglass beneath the tabletop boards?
This is absolutely insane! Amazing skills
ОтветитьWow. Excellent design, great video, fantastic result. Now that you've had this table for going on 7 years, is there anything you'd change about it, Marc? I'll definitely grab the plans but I'd also like to learn from your experience with it if you've got anything additional to share.
ОтветитьThis is amazing. The only complaint I ever have about these types of build guides is true for nearly every one of them. Over 95% of the people who would watch this, if not a higher percentage, have zero access to the tens of thousands of dollars of shop equipment that is needed to make something like this. Seriously. Once again, this table is amazing, but almost no one is going to have access to build something like this.
ОтветитьLooks amazing..can you share the drawings for your table ?
Ответитьla mejor parte es el bebe hablando jajaja, gran trabajo !
ОтветитьCurious now that this is 5 years old, what changes you'd make to this. And or if it's still even used
ОтветитьOh my god when you made the baby talk I DIED 😭😂😂😂😂☠️ that was so funny
ОтветитьThis was amazing to watch
ОтветитьI am just gonna take a price is right shot in the dark and guess about 4k per table?
ОтветитьHow much weight do you think the inside of this table would support?
Ответить"please join my poppas guild"
ОтветитьCool 😎
Now we need gaming WC.
I like the baby.
ОтветитьGreat video,keep it up!/
ОтветитьDude has all the tools
ОтветитьHave you seen the wyrmwood prophecy table? Interested what your thoughts were on it.
ОтветитьCan I borrow your garage! lol Wow man, I love your work, keep it up, you've inspired a talent-less hack to continue his talent-less endeavors
Ответитьi need the plans table 48'' x 48'' x 18''
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьJust accidentally ran across a company, Wyrmwood Gaming, using what looks like a substantially similar design to this running a $6 million Kickstarter project to sell these. No reference or credit to you at all.
ОтветитьLooked like a nice simple Saturday night project.
ОтветитьI wish I had a shred of the talent this gentleman has
Ответитьtake good care of the baby.
ОтветитьVery beautiful table. If only us average people had all those shop toys at our disposal.
ОтветитьWow, what a video! What workmanship! What a table! This deserves way more views.
ОтветитьDon't suppose you have a 2nd world country discount on your plans? Would love to support you but $100 USD is about 4x outside my budget. Stupid Polish currency rate :(
ОтветитьStarting to think about purchasing the plans and planning a build for this project. As I have 5 small children, I’m curious about how this would respond to spills. The purpose for having a table like that for my family would be to leave a game constantly on the table and cover it up for meals, so the acrylic layer wouldn’t always be able to protect the gaming surface
ОтветитьCreator and comments: Yay a table for board games, card games, etc
Me: Ah yes, D&D table idea 😂
It is undoubtedly a great table, but what is the point of DIY? The vast majority of people don't have all the tools, a place to build, the know how or skills to do so.
ОтветитьMASTERPIECE
