Im 60, I'm trying to retire at 30. How about QUARTER per week?
ОтветитьThe best
ОтветитьHighly recommend watching this video a year after watching it the first time, really puts into perspective what i've learned in a year and how little I understood the terminology the first time I watched it.
ОтветитьWould you recommend someone get their real estate license to do as a second job to increase income or is it something that is oversaturated and only lucrative if done full time?
ОтветитьI will be forever grateful to you, you changed my whole life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Belinda dawn
ОтветитьI was told to spread my money across different things like stocks and bonds to protect my $750k retirement savings. Now, with the markets being shaky, should I keep adding money to my portfolio or consider other options?
ОтветитьMy parents lived so frugally for me that at 18, I'm gonna do everything I can to let them retire as soon as possible and sell this stupid $2mil house in San Jose they locked themselves in for 30 yr mortgage for them to let me go to a good public highschool...its stupid, its out of love, its a comfortable and big house, I need to pay them back. Will be back when I retire them and comment again.
ОтветитьI posted here in 2019 and told you to buy BTC instead of watching these videos, and I tell you the same thing again. Just buy BTC (its under 40k today). Sell at 100k. Ez game.
Ответить“What’s up Graham it’s Guys here!”

Ya when you could buy a god damn duplex for 60 k
ОтветитьAs an investing enthusiast, I've kept aside a good sum of capital to invest for financial independence and early retirement, but my concern right now is the market rally being propaganda. Is this a good time to buy stocks, or do I wait for the crash?
ОтветитьI make less than 50k after taxes a year as a single father. I’m in my mid 30s but I am trying. Since I began watching your videos and implementing some of your strategies. I’ve become a much more stable financially. Also starting to look into online courses so I can learn to code. Truly appreciate your input on everything.
ОтветитьLive responsibly, but nobody likes a cheapskate
ОтветитьYou talk too high. Speak/modulate from you chest.
ОтветитьYea, make videos like this and put bullshit unrealistic titles and get people to watch the BS and you you can get rich and retire😂😂
ОтветитьWhat other investments do you recommend beyond the 401k and IRA
ОтветитьTLDR?
"Live homeless under a bridge for 10 years starting at age 20, and eat dirt for every meal of your day. This will enable you to cry your way into a million dollars by the time you're 30 by simply investing 90% of your income."
Fake
Ответитьthe game is working hard. PERIOD.
ОтветитьI've been exploring financial planning lately, and this caught my eye too. I heard about David Marvin Willis , an investment adviser. Maybe he has some insights into these accelerated retirement strategies. What do you think?
ОтветитьI got a down payment but no one wanna give me a loan at 19🤣
ОтветитьAt 42, I've come to realize that money is a tool. I’ve worked so hard over the years to realize that if you don’t make money work for you, you can’t experience true freedom. I’m glad I found that out although it was later in life, but that marked the turning point in my finances.
ОтветитьDefinitely not happening on 25k in London. A flat to buy is 400k or more lol
ОтветитьIs rent hacking legal?
ОтветитьFinding a good paying job is the hardest part, I applied 1,202 times for good paying jobs for past 20 years and I still stuck at min wage job cause you need an education which costs crazy amount of money.
ОтветитьFark med stop wasting peoples time ffs
ОтветитьMost Americans find it hard to retire comfortably amid economy downtrend. Some have close to nothing going into retirement, my question is, will you pay off mortgage as a near-retiree, or spread money for cashflow, to afford lifestyle after retirement?
Ответитьi hate these videos u lose all credibility when i see bots in ur comments
ОтветитьPost gratification: being able to sacrifice today for what you want and need tomorrow.
ОтветитьYou keep using the word retirement when the word self-employed is more accurate. So this is really how to become self-employed in 10 years
ОтветитьIsn't rent-hacking (renting a house and subleasing out the bedrooms) illegal?
ОтветитьBro. I am going to live as cheap as possible and save as much as possible so that I can live my life in leisure when I Get older
ОтветитьChoosing a Roth IRA is advantageous as it uses after-tax funds and allows tax-free growth. When I retired, I had $1M million saved, and I won't be taxed on my withdrawals.
Ответить"Drive a reliable used car" camera pans to FORD FUCKING GT
ОтветитьTaxes = robbery...
ОтветитьAs a soon retiree, keeping my 401k on course after a rocky 2022 is top priority. I have been reading of lnvestors making up to 250k ROI in this current crashing market, any recommendations to scale up my ROI before retirement will be highly appreciated.
ОтветитьGreat inspiration! I'm 29 and we just got approval to build our second multi-unit rental. Videos like this is what inspired me to never quit. Thanks Graham
P.S. I would love to meet you someday, you should do a real estate conference near Alberta Canada.
“Whatsup Graham it’s guys here” 😆
ОтветитьBecoming a millionaire through a Roth IRA or a 401(k) involves different strategies for maximizing profits. A Roth IRA offers tax-free withdrawals in retirement, which can be advantageous if you expect to be in a higher tax bracket later in life. On the other hand, a 401(k) provides tax-deferred growth and potential employer contributions, boosting your savings. The optimal choice depends on factors like your current and future tax situation, employer match, and investment options. Consulting a financial advisor can help tailor a strategy that aligns with your financial goals and circumstances.
ОтветитьI'm struck by the quality of this content. A book I read with analogous content sparked a personal revolution. "Mastering Money Mindfulness" by Benjamin Hawk

ОтветитьI invest in very small amounts and I can even gift these to my friends and family
ОтветитьDid anyone else notice how he said hey Graham, it’s guys?
ОтветитьAccording to the New York Times, the average savings of a couple reaching retirement is $110k I’m closing in on my retirement and I’m under pressure to grow my reserve of $330k, despite the fact the capital gains you can make on growth stocks far outweigh dividend yields, and even in downtrends folks still pull off 6-7figures gains in months. surely the risk is much greater, but I’d love to know how.
Ответитьbrother how do you get a 2% car loan when inflation is 7.5%. car loans are 10% right now
