I had an injury and after a year it still had problems so my doctor told me I should start jump roping because it will strengthen the part again...
I needed so long to learn how to do it and now I'm by 20s it's not much but I'm happy that I learned it and I hope I will get better with time

ОтветитьI don't count minutes, I count the number of times I jump. Like continuous, without tripping. I used to be super bored during covid and just did skipping sprees. Last I did it, I was at 1000 something jumps. Now covid is over, life is back to being busy. I haven't done skipping in so long. I wonder how many jumps I can do 😂

ОтветитьI bought my 20yo and I jump rope 2yrs ago. Felt like my life was over after 40 seconds lol. The other day I was curious about jumping again & noticed rope length plays a major role so I adjusted it. Also jump on your toes, not flat foot. Now I need to get my lazy butt up to jump at least 5mins. Hopefully work my way up. Let's get jumping people ➰️💪🏾
