I have a concern. When I read the comments - it seems like most people have a higher self that appears for them. But I'm only imagining how my higher self might look like. And I don't know if it is the right thing to do

it's one of the best meditations I've done so far, during it I felt it getting heavier and heavier and literally pushing me into the chair, and after it was all over I felt like I was bursting with energy and peace from the inside, a wonderful feeling

The place I imagned to be at was a temple, a temple in Nepal. It happened naturally, but as I looked around it seemed like egypt, with drawings and big statues representing gods and goddesses. There was 2 monks each one by my side meditating with me, and as my higher self came through I was blown away by her divinity and beauty. Allowing the love in gave me goosebumps and I really loved this meditation. Thank you 🤍🕊

Did this for many weeks and got a new job starting tomorrow 🎉❤landed on a job of my dream without qualification 😅

Powerful !!! I ended up walking through a tree to my old primary school and saw myself and all my old friends clearly, even those I’d forgotten wtffff I was able to watch and then my higher self came like an angel and I felt so loved. Higher self clearly told me YOU ARE SAFE! This was all so clear in my mind, even the grass, onion weed, awful shoes and socks on kids lol wtf I don’t even know how this worked but I feel better so much better right now.

This is the first time I'm doing this meditation and I burst out laughing in the midst of it. When you said imagine a sacred space, my soul sent me to a space in the other realm, it was temple like. And then when you said to find a place to rest I imagined myself floating up to a cloud and laying on a cloud. THEN you said a cloud is coming down now towards you with your Higher self on it but I was already on this cloud! I believe my Higher Self and I have alreary merged!

Love your meditations! I’ve done countless ones but this is the first one I’ve ever done where I feel angry afterwards. I’m on day 6 and it’s happened after each session. I’ve been meditating daily for almost a solid year and I’ve never experienced this, anyone have any insight? Am I becoming more self aware and therefore more aware of some anger that was in there but I wasn’t aware of it before? Would love some insight on this. Thank you for creating this space! 🙏🏼💜

I had an Ex!! a big connection hit hard in the most beautiful ways!! Things happen. I’m just like life played off the wrong way!! I’ve been thinking about her lately, and, before these meditation, and then after his meditation!! Her name kept showing up everywhere. Lu Lu!!! This was 21, somebody at purchase wipes and offered me some, these types of wipes were called Lu Lu 😂😂😂😂…. I’m so interested and what comes next!! John? I think I saw what’s already happened!! I’m excited !! And I believe in hope 💙❤️💙❤️💙❤️💙

Dear Aroon, it has only been 3 days of this meditation and I feel so much happier and grateful to you. I feel blessed to have connected with all you beautiful work you do. I send you love and strength for your loss in your life. I will reconnect in 2 weeks to see what shift it brings me, so far I have been struggling in a very toxic and draining house with the owner's energy, and found a place to retreat for Xmas, and a new home from Jan. I am so very happy and grateful and feel all you do for this collective... and as you say much love, peace and namaste :>by the way my higher self confirmed my purpose is to continue healing which is the route i undertook recently after your open your heart like this meditations, 21 days later I started my journey and website and have customers and I use your meditation to help people.
