It's a shame that you can't lock a framerate. Locking to 30FPS would make the games so much more playable. Having FPS jump around from like 30-70 is what gives the stuttering and makes it hard to play. A rock solid 30 FPS (or even 60) would be perfectly playable. The 16 core would then be a perfectly acceptable gaming machine. Folks having been playing at 30FPS perfectly fine for decades.

Maybe with parallax will be much better ?

As a Mac Gamer, definitely upgraded to the M1 Max and fully upgrade the graphic card. Even with m1 max, you will still lag on some games.

you are better off locking the FPS to 60 than running in the 80's but jumping sometimes to 60-70. that's what makes you feel the stutter. if you lock it at 60, yes its less fps but its a smoother experience.

Even when macbooks runs games smooth they never stop rubberbanding/stuttering, high fps or not hardly makes a difference

Considering back in the day, I used to play WoW on an AMD dual core CPU with GT 9600 graphics at around 20-30fps, I think 50/60fps will be just fine.
