I don't even have a bulldozer. I have no idea why I am watching the entire thing....
ОтветитьPretty darn good cutting job! Nice and straight.
ОтветитьI know this is an every day thing for you, but its amazing watching someone cut and shape massive plates of steel.
ОтветитьWhat percentage of a new blade did this excellent work cost?
ОтветитьI collect teeth for cat dozers by the container load and they're exported worldwide
ОтветитьU don’t pre heat bis 80 mate …
ОтветитьPlease use a push stick to set your blocking. I know the chain is tough but I can’t imagine that bucket would take it easy on a mans arms. These videos are my favorite. Thanks brother.
ОтветитьFascinating repair, not the normal video I'd watch. I was surprised at the lack of internal vertical structure, such as gussets or ribs, to provide additional strength and rigidity, though my background is architecture and not engineering.
ОтветитьI’m going to stick with laying tiles for now 🫠
ОтветитьAs Boilermaker myself your bloody good mate. Well done for starting this channel.
ОтветитьFound my new favorite channel! Getting to be a lost art around us. Many things have become disposable here because of lack of skilled people. Got a man crush! Haha
ОтветитьI really miss welding on this scale. My body just won't let me anymore.
ОтветитьI remember when Discovery Channel would have decent programs like this, now its just crappy Xzibit car restoration and anceint aliens.
ОтветитьWhy did you not but a bevel on and a root face in your but joints that went on the side? Just curious
ОтветитьWhat do you charge for a repair like that? Per hour or per job?
ОтветитьGreat video. Thanks.
OSHA might not require it, but it might be beneficial to wear respiratory protection for ALL welding and even oxy-acetylene cutting.
bevel??
ОтветитьI'm always amazed at the work you do. Well done.
I am a little curious why carbon arc gouging and then torch cut? Why not arc or just torch, why both.
Thats not a massive job thats a baby dozer blade
ОтветитьGet Homie a job with FedEx..
ОтветитьAfter watching the hard work that goes into creating and maintaining machines like this, I understand why my old man always said that the stock market is the closest man has gotten yet to alchemy. Creating stupendous amounts of money out of thin air. Humanity always wanted it easy
Ответитьlong time follower on FB. enjoying. you tube content so much more
Ответитьexcellent job mate.greetings from sweeden.👋👋👋👋
ОтветитьWhat happened to the white yard crane?
ОтветитьHow much do those things cost? Like how can this be worth it.
ОтветитьAs a welding student, i'm very fascinated with real work, and alto this seems like ALOT of work, it looks fun as hell :)
ОтветитьWho watches these.
1: Actual fabricators and maintenance of heavy machinery - 00.000000001%
2. A bunch of people that have never held a gas cutter, welder, or driven or used heavy machinery in their life - 99.99999999%
Now if it was me repairing this blade I'd need Hatty Potters wand.
ОтветитьRespekt Meister
Grüsse aus Deutschland
Great Workmanship
What type of wire did u use ?
Why not 7018 ?
Great video as always
ОтветитьI would trust this man's tack welds, over my full welding, with my life lol
ОтветитьCut a small notch in bender so your gauge can fit under when bending
Ответить100% penetration!
ОтветитьDank je wel Wouter😊
ОтветитьIt blows my mind that in a world where it has become cheaper to replace something outright that to try and repair an old one, that you somehow can do the majority of your work for cheaper than the client can purchase a new one.
ОтветитьWhat's the reason for holding the torch against something when you're turning the gas feed up? And with the backing strip for a full pen weld, is this as you can run hotter and tie into that vs having to bridge the gap and then losing a bit of depth if using no backing strip?
ОтветитьThis is in my top 5 favorite CEE repair videos. The fact the material is mm's thick and heavy just makes the repair even more impressive. It is a good demonstration of our Australian can do attitude. Keep up the good work mate 😎👍
Ответитьi can smell every single minute of this video🥵 really good job! i’ve started a marathon and watch all your videos
ОтветитьOne in a million. Sheer skill.
Ответитьwas that some sort of magnetic pounder you placed on the left section of the blade? it amazed me seeing it work so efficiently and with enough ease to control.
ОтветитьI love the way you treat your dog ❤❤
ОтветитьMy man out here casually breathing those sandings dust 😂😂😂😂😂😂 protect your lungs my brother 🫶🫶 wear a mask or something.
ОтветитьIs it even worth saving?
