Windows 10 Home can no longer start a remote desktop connection! It was removed and is only included in the Win 10 Pro Version!
To check, press Win+i and go to the remote desktop tab.
It says something like "remote desktop is not supported by your Win 10 Version. Do you want to upgrade?"
