Seems you know exactly when I can no longer continue the exercising. I know we need to suffer to get rid of severe batwings. This seems like the hardest area to improve. Its really devilish
ОтветитьHello! I'm a little late lol, but everytime I do this workout or any arm workout I never fell it in my arms, I feel it all around my shoulders. It makes me feel extremely frustrated, so help anyone😢

ОтветитьI'm not seeing how this would fix it. I lost 60 pds and there's extra skin hanging down all wrinkled. I'll try it though. At least I'd be stronger, even if it doesn't get rid of the skin.

Ответитьim going to be doing this everyday along with a 15 min butt, belly and back/love handles workout. if i can do it, u can. no excuses. stop being lazy and start now, even if u have to sit in bed to do it.... before u know it, in only 2 weeks (rmb that two weeks goes by fast!!) you will be relieved with the results. u need to work for the things u want.

ОтветитьI’m 24 and so far I’m on my second week and still don’t see a ton of difference! I do this along with another 5 min batwing workout 3x a week so hopefully by the end of the month I can update with a different 😊

ОтветитьI have super batshit crazy case of flabby arms and no matter whatever excercise i try i dont see results, now this seems promising, starting now ill be doing this excercise daily and see if this really works. Ill try to update end of every week.

✅beginning:I have pretty saggy arms and big shoulder muscles It’s a total different situation so we will see
✅update from 3rd day: somehow my arms looks pretty tight and measured today current measurement is 31 cm around each arm
I really want to try this cos I have big bat arms and my shoulders are broad too please can you tell me if this will help cos I really wanna drop these broad shoulders and bat wings
