You are bang on about that part of Cornwall being a locals secret - as I have many fond childhood memories of holidays spent camping and fishing in the Cawsand - Mt Edgcumbe area. But nothing as posh as those amazing tents and comfy beds, with stunning views out over Plymouth and Drakes Island (where I also stayed a few times, back in the days when it was an adventure centre).
Anyway thanks for bringing back some lovely memories, and so nice to see that the area still looks much the same...

Hog pudding sounds great. I think Iceland (shop) used to do flat square sausages, great for camping and bbqs, sound similar maybe.
