Fix Windows Virtual Machine Platform Not Working Enable the Virtual Machine Platform Windows Feature

It says access is denied

theres a problem
hyperv platform setting which if i turn on linux works but valo dosent and if i turn it of valo works but kali dosent and i have to restart the pc after changing the setting every time what do i do
