Barry is a 9" mark on the shaft ok? Ive been using 10", but felt maybe it was a bit too long.

For the first time when I played the snooker, I just observe the people how they play and the I played and won. I don't think so it need more expertise it's good you used to with your own way how you feel easy to shot.

I hadn't played snooker for 10 years, been a single parent since 2013 but watching videos like this got me playing again, the little tips ive got from this channel and barton snooker and break from life got me knocking 20's in regularly, my goal this year is to make my first 50 break, honestly cant tell you how much i appreciate chaps like this sharing what they know, amazing

Today’s Beautiful Hadith is about Surah Al-Baqarah

It was narrated from Abu Mas’ud (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever recites the last two Verses of Surah Al-Baqarah at night, that will be sufficient for him.”

(Sunan Ibn Majah 1369, Book 5, Hadith 567)

The last 2 ayahs of Surah Al-Baqarah are not very long and reading them after Isha will provide protection. Make this a habit starting tonight.

Hi Barry, nice tutorial. However, I am intrigued why when describing the grip you state that the three points of constant contact with the cue include the third finger. This suggests the first and fourth finger can or should be off the cue in the backswing. I can understand your pinky might come of the cue, but not the second finger. Could you please expand on this and explain what benefit it has on the grip in the backswing?

Barry im 6ft 1 and have a longer reach/ cueing arms stretch..im more comfy with a slightly longer cue .given that ladys tend to be shorter than men , could your student benefit from a slightly shorter cue ?.
