How to Steal Colorgrade from any Movie in Davinci Resolve 18 Tutorial

the red highlight on the adjacent clip isn't showing when I alt+click the clip

In the tutorial when you had a voice over while showing us if you have headphones the audio is only on the left side, changing from stereo to mono always works for me.
