Hi is there another way to get code if the email verification doesn't work i do recieve it through PC but it doesnt want to work?

Apple is rubbish for tricking ppl into this and won’t let us turn it off.

But I forget my old number what do i do

At beginning I made my account through my old number
Then I changed the number
I also updated the number on my apple account
But still I don’t know why the two factor authentication code goes to old number?
I also checked my number on settings and it’s the new one but I’m not getting the code in it
This happens to me while I’m trying to update my apps

i have iphone 11 and i reset my phone so i went to login to my Apple id and it asks for a 2 factor authenfication and that the code is sent to my phone number and i don't have another phone that i share the Apple id with so i don't know where the code is sent to so where should i find it?
