I am planning on getting a belly button piercing this year and wanted to lose some weight, I finally have enough confidence and I’m loosing losing so much weight ❤

ОтветитьDid this today followed by Joes 15min dumbell work out,always a lot of choice of workouts with Joe,and i enjoy them all,hes a lovely bloke and its great how he motivates us all,especially during lockdown,i was there with him every day and still do his workouts 4 or 5 times a week,,,,,I'm 70yrs 💪🥵

ОтветитьI love your workouts Joe! Got into them in lockdown. I prefer the short sharp bursts workouts (I get bored easily😂) but I do longer ones as well. Have to keep surprising the body! I got my sister hooked now too. Keep them coming! 👏💪😘

totally exhausting! i have wrist problems so struggle with the floor work. at some point could you show some adjustments for people with painful wrists? love your videos though, enjoy your down to earth realness!
