I wonder is there a way to layout my drawing from comic layout to webtoon layout in Clip studio paint?

I want to publish both print version and webtoon version so I made it in Comic page layout format first since I thought I can copy and paste it in Webtoon format later. However I couldn't do it. I copied a whole frame with illustration and text inside, but when I paste it to the webtoon file, only the frame visible, the illustration doesn't come along
