My income is 60K in a year.
My revenue is 45 K in this year .
THANK YOU
ОтветитьIncome is not defined by the Internal Revenue Code. Gross income is. Taxable Income is but not "income" itself. The Supreme Court did define it however for purposes of the 16th Amendment and they defined it as a "Profit or Gain derived from capital, from labor or both combined". The key terms there are "profits and gains".
Ответитьgood subtitle in english
ОтветитьFor my opinion the meaning of revenue is nearly the same as income. Income mean how much money your make from all sources and revenue is total amount from all sales. But in fact the individual also can generate sale. How about I running a stall or I doing direct sale to other people? Can I said I didn't generate any revenue by my individual business? Revenue only generate by company is not true.
The difference between revenue and income only stand by meaning matter. Both individual and company can generate revenue and income. Revenue and income only play by meaning game. Revenue stand by sales generated by individual or organization. Income more stand by general meaning like general money earning sources. Just for my opinion.
Thank you 🙏

ОтветитьHello Jennifer! First of all, thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
My company's revenue for last year was $50M dollars. But it's income was only $5M. We need to work with our cash flow so that we can increase our profit margin.
Very informative and interesting.
