Best workout ever, within a month of doing this 3 - 4 times a week I've lowered my high blood pressure and I'm feeling unstopable now. I'll continue with all your videos.. Love your channel.

Completed this workout for the first time today. My favourite exercise was Fingertips to Toes Jacks. I am 14 and currently at 73.4kg (161,8 lbs). I am 173cm (5,6 ft) tall. My goal is to reach 65kg (143,3 lbs) until February 1st. Wish me luck!

I have thyroid disease so losing weight is a huge battle but I am hoping doing these workouts will help me to lose weight or just maintain until my medication is accurate. Until then, I’ll keep at it. Thank you guys for this!

This is my first day doing this workout. Although it looks deceptively simple, not so in practice. I did pause a couple of times towards the end but I didn't give up. Hopefully will be able to do it without pausing in future.

I just found this video and I’m so happy that I did! I’m at the beginning of my fitness journey and this was the first workout that I have been able to actually do and feel like I have accomplished something! I’m going to set a goal for myself to do this everyday !

I just wanna thank you guys for this video
I started at 71.5 kg and after doing this workout four times a week and cardio for 2 days after
I'm now 69.0 kg ❤ . I lost 2.5 kg in just a week 😮❤
And with proper diet of course

The first time I did it was so hard but in the third time I was able to finish the workout without pausing it👌🏻

I will continue to do this
I can't wait to see the results after 3 weeks
My goal weight is 58 kg and I'm 160 cm 🙆🏻‍♀️

I did this routine with as much seconds I needed to rest to get my heart rate down.
For some it will be 10 seconds, but for me it was too short. You can easily measure your heart rate by putting your fingers on your the inner side of your wrist and then put the timer to 6 seconds...
Multiply the number you get with 10 and you will have your heart rate.
Those rests are there to get your heart rate down so take it easy.
It doesn't matter how long it takes, as long as you get it all done! Have a nice day ^^

This time last year I had lost 10 kilos by following Fitness Blender's workouts. I've been overweight my entire life and last year was the first time that I was a healthy weight. Alongside that, I had also finally found a form of working out that I was genuinely passionate about. I loved how strong I had become and my self confidence had reached a point where the thoughts of how my body looked, and what others thought of my body, no longer occupied my mind throughout the day. I have a habit of stress eating and I unfortunately gained back all the weight and more when exams started. On top of eating unhealthily, I stopped working out and the weight continued to pile back on kilo after kilo over the summer too. This year I am intent on not only gaining back the strength, the good health, and the confidence that I once had, but also making it stick this time round. Thank you Kelli and Daniel for these amazing videos and for helping me discover what I am capable of :)

I'm proud to say today was my first day of doing this workout and I finished it. Anyone out there reading my comment, don't worry about how much you weigh because being fit is not a number. So measure yourself before starting a diet or workout and re- measure yourself every week or so .
Don't get me wrong you will see your weight go down but it can be your body water weight.
My weight is 68 kg and 151 cm height and was bullied alot through out my growing ages and now I'm 19 I finally thought of losing the bullies.
Don't do it for other people because you don't want to be someone else. You have to be your self. If you do this for someone else maybe you will hate it or regrer it. Always love what you do. You will definitely love the result. This is not abour losing weight or body fat. It's about being healthy. Not every skinny person is healthy and not every big person is unhealthy. I thought of writting this because I never had someone to tell me these things or help me go through it or even tell me not to eat junk. But now I'm try to help someone who id going through the same to be a friend. I'm also trying to get healthy. Not trying to be skinny for other people.
P.s. NOT EVERY SKINNY PERSON IS BEAUTIFUL. ONE PERSON CANNOT DEFINE BEAUTY. BEAUTY IS LIKE FOOD. DIFFERENT FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. IF ONE PERSON TELLS YOU THAT YOU ARE UGLY AND NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT, THAT'S THAT PERSON'S PROBLEM NOT SEEING BEAUTY.

This was my first time doing any HIIT workout. I really like your videos, and when I saw this one on your page, I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I completed this whole workout w/out pausing it. I went at my own pace because [stated earlier] I never done this kind of workout. After that I completed the light cardio & stretching cool down workout, and it was a life saver! Thank you @fitnessblender for demoing this video! I am going to continue to watch these workouts!

Hello, I done for the day. I sweated alot. Though I feel some strain only in my calf muscles nd not in other parts. Does that mean only my calf muscle reduces fast or am I doing wrong???
