Camera movement is unbearable

Game looks decent because it's on Unreal. I'm surprised there aren't any sightjacking mechanics though.

Well rendered game. However, I question the protagonist's inability to move even the smallest item, or get over low barriers. And even with a tsunami, why is every square foot, inside and outside, covered in debris?
