We have tried this and it still sends us to the two factor authentication and needing a code and we go in circles. The hacker switched the email to the account and password and set up the two factor. Any other suggestions? Facebook is useless for help.

Did it too many times because facebook make the picture quality so terrible that they couldnt recognise anything and my request got declined and since i tried too many times, they have basically stopped me from doing it again and now I can't get back in and have no idea what to do since two-factor authentication isn't supported anymore
