Can I publish a report in a public site?

I have a power bi dataset published in direct query from SQL.
I use that published dataset in Power BI Report Builder to build Paginated Reports.
I want to pass parameters from Power BI Report Builder to the Power BI Dataset (direct query) how can I do that. So the direct query returns only the data I have passed though the parameters and not all into my Report Builder. Please help

Hai NAG I want my paginated report in EXCEL format when I click download button. It means I created a button in that I need to insert paginated report when I clicked download it should download in EXCEL. Can u explain this

I am facing error when I try to embed paginated report on react app. The error saying that the paginated report is not able to access data source. Please help
