What if I have a book manuscript on word and would like to make art on canva and add it to the interior of the book? how would I do that?? I don't want to upload my word document to canva, I tried that and it messed up all of the formatting.

So if my book is 8.5 x 11 with bleed I increase the size of each page to 8.625" x 11.25" ?
