1920x1080 vs 2560x1440 ( SHARPEN COMPARISON )

The fact that the fps was lower in 1440p than 1080p

I hope you didn't use the same panel for both tests? If so, 1080p will always look blurry on 1440p panels.
The test is not objective

1080 looks good+ sharpening will loke as good as 1440p

Alright im realizing I dont care about this stuff becsuse everyone else here is having these extreme reactions when i just looks the same to me

This game is NOT from 2014??! Is it? Its like 1000 times (almost) better than games older then 2007, something like that. Is it not the men Horizon game.. released just some mounts ago.

switched from 1920x1080 240hz to 2560x1440 165hz and i honestly don't regret it

I have had my semi 1440 which is shown here 2560x1080 looks almost the same and runs better lots of test have full 1440 I dont know why they dont test semi 1440 much cause its people like me who got one and it would help people to buy that instead

I used to have a full 1440 but wanted a wide cause can see more and I didnt know until I got it that I would be getting faster frames I tried going back to a regular last year I didnt like it the screen was to small

This convinced me to finally upgrade from 1080p 60hz to 1440p 165hz

For the past week I've been playing on a $750 Samsung Odyssey G7 240 Hz 2560 x 1440 and just today I started playing on a $570 ViewSonic ELITE XG270QG 165 Hz (OC) 2560 x 1440 and while I guess it's close enough in the specs to understand why I don't see a difference...I didn't see enough of a difference in your comparison either. I'm pretty sure the 1920 x 1080 would deliver a higher FPS, at a lower price than 2560 x 1440. I'm thinking about taking both of my monitors back and continue my bang for the buck search.

Do you use NVCP Image Sharpening? If so, what settings do you have it at?
