A group called One Poll found that of a thousand women nearly half of those in relationships had already identified a back-up significant other should their current one prove unsatisfactory.

And this isn't some fantasy prince described by an impossible list of adjectives living in her imagination. This is a living, breathing person, she already knows and maybe interacts with on a somewhat regular basis.
