Read Data From CSV File And Create Records Inside Odoo Database Using Python Scrypt

Hi, I am Hieu, from Viet Nam. I am developing odoo for employee management in my company. I'm trying to read from csv file to create 100 accounts in odoo, but I don't know how to create password automatically because odoo uses some hasing algorithm that I don't know, could you show me how to do that or a way to handle it?
