Sir, the thing is if student is not clear with the basics how he/she is supposed to even get what the mocks are about?

I started in July and I didn't understood anything what was asked of me during mocks and then I started with the basics firsts and believe me when I tell you this that it helped me alot... Now I solve mocks more easily as compared to the time I started my preparation.
So my advice is first clear your basics and then jump to mocks!

1) How many mocks should one target starting from now with proper analysis ( also how many sectionals?)
2) I have an idea about qa and varc preparation but how to prepare for dilr in these 60 days, i mean what to practice , from where to practice and how to practice( and any particular topic sets ?) And also are there any no. of sets to target in these 60 days
3) Is it still possible to reach the 99 percentile mark ( I know I might get around 90 or even 95 ) But is it possible to get 99 provided that I am ready to give all in ?

I'm a starter and I don't know how to simplify the topics in every section.. Please tell me sir
