The only difference I see is darker shadows and better bloom. The game looked amazing for the ps3.

i like how just the upscale does so much.

I had so many memories with its demo virsion. It's graphics gave me gta 5 vibes in my dog shit potato pc 🥔, so it played it over and over again. I did nothing but roaming around the city.

Paradise visually is effectively unchanged and I fucking love that. It feels almost nostalgic playing it now. Awesome game.

The Original Paradise game was one of my favourite games, Its a shame the remastered game didn't improve it.

The main problem with BPR is that the game is bloated and filled with textures that are 4k for no reason and they practically threw all the textures into an ai upscale and called it a day, not to mention the fact that bpr is a pretty broken mess that modders had to fix. It's not a bad game in the slightest, but it should've been handled better.

Outside of the higher res textures and assets, i prefer the original.

it's more like a remastered for 4k monitor and later consoles. Afterall in larger display it might look a bit blurry.

Seriously, the only differences i'm noticing are higher render resolution and more apparent reflections on cars. That's it.

I played the original Burnout Paradise on my Uncle’s PlayStation 3 as well as my Dad’s PlayStation 3,when Remastered came out I played it on my Xbox One and completed it,I’m now playing Burnout Paradise remastered on the Nintendo Switch I got for Christmas

If you want the original to look as good as the remastered;
Adjust the settings on your tv!

I still have the ps3 version with all dlc, so...

when people see "remastered" they immediately think about graphical fidelity. they immediately mean it as boosted graphics. I think people should be just grateful for the port from older console to a newer one. it should be about being able to play the same game on newer consoles not about looking at the graphics upgrade. But on the other hand i think all versions of all consoles should be backwards compatible then i agree that remastering should be about graphics mainly but then its a complete waste of dev time and money. Because if i had PS5 i would be happy to play this game on it from 2008 with 2008s graphics. Better develop new games instead of improving graphics of alredy cool looking games.
