ОтветитьThis video inspired me to get an indoor bike. Got one from Facebook & I’ve been on it for 17 days out of the last 3 weeks (including a week straight) and I’m down 10 pounds. Couple that with improving my eating habits, I’m confident I’ll be in the best shape in years by the summer.

ОтветитьIf your goal is to lose weight then just stay in the endurance zone. Dont do intense work out cause it will drain your body then you feel tired and lazy then you eat alot then you stop. If you can extend the duration to 45min to an hour also dont forget rest days. 2 days max! Consistency is the key!
Ответить10 lbs is usually that extra water the body holds on to. Once you workout consistently for a while you do lose that 10 lbs of water.
ОтветитьPro tip, do cycling with intervals. 10 mins in morning, 10 mins at afternoon, 10mins at night. So your metabolism boosts at regular intervals.

ОтветитьI cycled 5 days a week 15 miles a day. Lost nothing. Why? Because i ate a lot of food. Maintain a caloric deficit and you wont even have to do this

Keep going! I started biking daily since Jan 2022 after two heart operations for a birth defect. I finally made someone ask me for “1 more minute” on the trails this year. That’s usually my catch phrase as I gasp for breath. I’m making all my friends get an indoor trainer and Fat Bike now ;) Great work man never stop. 🤘
If you keep going I’ll get you to join my Ride for Heart team next year ;) We bike daily so I use the distance to raise money.

ОтветитьI cycles for 1905 consecutive days at 24.1 miles a day for all 1905 consecutive days. The only thing that stopped me was a deranged person in a BMW screaming at me to get a certain body part of mine on the sidewalk, even though it is illegal in my state for anyone over the age of 12 to ride a bicycle on the sidewalk. This deranged person used a well placed hit to force me onto the concrete sidewalk, hip first. I spent 14 days starting on July 11th 2023 in the hospital with a broken right femur, a broken trochanter (ball joint on the femur) and a broken right hip bone.
Be mindful of deranged people in a BMW and avoid them at all costs. It doesn't end up well.
How much of that weight loss is fat or water? Big difference, anyone can lose weight, fat, not so much.

Cut calories and you will drop weight. That's it.

Ответитьi bought a nice gravel/road bike and i started at 304. dropped down to 275 in a matter of about a month and a half. love cycling. wouldn't want to lose weight any other way.
