ОтветитьThis is very frustrating. I have been writing for over a month now to get the refund of this order because you did not have some items. Therefore you sent me an email saying that the order would cancel by itself if i did not pick it up. I haven't received a refund. The order is in "preparing order" status since August 12 and I CANNOT cancel it by looking up the order online. It is extremely frustrating. You don't answer the phone. You don't respond emails and when you respond you give invalid information. I cannot cancel the order anywhere online. I need you to cancel and refund the order please. It's been taking forever. Please do the right thing and cancel/refund the order so that i dont have to keep writing and calling without answers.

ОтветитьHey dipshits, my "Click & Collect" order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8 PM wasn't ready until after 9 PM, and even then the email and text notifications - sent after 9 PM, still said 8 PM. I thought the Swedes were supposed to be efficient.

ОтветитьWorst online purchasing and customer service experience! I made an online order, and after waiting two weeks and another two day delay, only recieved part of my order. I contacted customer service and after spending an hour talking with someone, they said I would have to contact them the next day because their system was down. I contacted them agian today and was told that the zip code on the order was incorrect and I would have to contact UPS. I entered the zip code correctly. Something must have happened on their or UPS's end. They refused to help me any further, eventhough I paid for shipping and still hadnt recieved my items and refuse to send me new items. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to contact them again tomorrow because their system was down AGAIN. They have over $200 of my money and have been comepletly unhelpful in getting me my items or a refund, eventhough they know I haven't recived them and probably wont now. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
