How to Add Code to Head Tag in WordPress (JS, JavaScript, CSS)

I’ll show you how to add code to the head tag in WordPress. I’ll show two ways to add code to the header. There is a lot of software that asks you to add some JavaScript (JS) or CSS there, like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or your email marketing software.

There are two methods of achieving this and both are easy to do even for non-coders.

Not sure if this been shared, but it seems about 3 weeks ago they updated the name of the plug in, but I confirm in the details that it was the same one you shared. Now it's called "WPCode – Insert Headers and Footers + Custom Code Snippets – WordPress Code Manager" by Webhead LLC.

Thank you for the explanation. Would a the Rank Math and Yoast SEO plugin be safe to add a tag without a child theme? Or is it better to use the plugin you recommended? I need to do it for Pinterest verification.

Attempted both to no avail. I'm trying to verify my workplace's website on Pinterest, but so far, nothing has worked. When I copy the meta data and paste it into the relevant places, I go back to Pinterest to verify the URL of the website and it comes up with "no meta data tag was found." What am I doing wrong?
