CPS absolutely needs to be revamped in every state, this father is devastated. Time we stop assuming mothers are best place for children, fathers are just as capable, responsible and better parents a lot of the time. Courts, judges, states and, CPS let too many of these cases happen because they’re biased. Revamp them all.

Remember the Josh Powell case, CPS , the state, judges let those children go with their father, even though they knew he killed his wife, his father was a pedo, the father killed his children as soon as they walked into the door, and set the house ablaze.
