Cyberpunk HITMAN BUILD – Highest single shot damage – Handguns & Stealth

See ive gone for a netrunning spy instead of sandevistan i just need a build to get ideas and this one is going to help me a lot

Probably sily question, but is this build still doable, I was thinking having a throwing knife/ silent pistol built. But I know a lot changes is there any updated version on this or some kind of built guide ? tya

Can I just say thank you for including the the base state launch I've been trying to make a corpo/John wick build it's impossible to find a build that includes the base states

My first playthough was shotguns and hacking. However I wasn't really into that after a while so my next 2 playthoughs were stealth and pistols. I'll do a 4th playthough after the next update probably with the same build but add blades to the mix.

I'd suggest synaptic accelerator over reflex tuner for stealth build.

This feels more like a Max Payne build than a Hitman build

Bought the game about two weeks ago and am currently on my first play-through. This build is pretty much what I have gone for in my first character except my backup weapon, for when I'm detected and in combat, is an assault rifle. Glad to see that I've been making smart choices in attributes and perk points as I'm learning the game.

Im playing on PS4, this build has been nerfed. The could precision perk does not give plus 50% HS DMG anymore

The Lizzie pistol isn’t there 😥

Quick question, I've seen some people say some of the perks have been needed, are you going to do a revemp of this build or do you think this is still viable
Note:yes atleast some of these are nerfed, especially frozen precision now it's 5% headshot dmg per stack of cb

The Stealth Archer build will never die

just wondering, during the vid you say to use the River ward quest pistol but are displaying the archangel which you get from Kerry, Which one do you actually mean, i would assume the archangel bc you dont need the fullauto from the Crash revolver

This build makes a lot of sense since 47 is also essentially a merc...so we're just kinda bringing Hitman into 2077.

I’d invest a lot in crafting. After you get the “craft legendary stuff” perk, you can buy components and craft a sniper (ashu something) and sell it for 5 times the crafting cost. Plus, there’s a revolver in a crime mission (legendary) you can (and should) take into end game.

a strategy with a major flaw - if you don't one shot an enemy, you'll trigger a combat mode, rendering all stealth perks useless. And sometimes it is hard to hit in the head in the dark.
Also open combats like cyberphsycos or bosses are incredibly tough (like fight with Oda).
Guns balzing is still the easiest option.

This was very close to my first playthrough. I was a pistol assassin but I made kind of a mistake and specced into intelligence instead of reflexes because I really wanted to try the hacking mechanics too.
So in the end I mostly ended up being a netrunner assassin instead.

This is my build, I don’t have crafting or many good iconics but I do 200k a shot so yeah

the Archangel gun you showed comes from Kerry Eurodyne's questline, not River Ward's. River's gun is Crash.

I can single shot over a million effortlessly with a tech sniper.

Damn just realized the real time ricochet display has NEVER worked for my game eveb with it enables through cyberware this game fucking sucks man

People talk alot of crap about this game but I'm enjoying it very much. Especially tinkering with different builds and story paths.

if you find a Legendary Overture get it. 100% crit rate with a 2-3 times headshot multiplier, plus a blue rarity suppressor i was doing 30K a body shot and above 120K a headshot

I'm currently using Ashura (legendary smart sniper rifle - crafted). I can't remember where I got the crafting spec, you can search on the internet. Don't need to aim exactly onto the head. Smart weapons are basically overkill, especially if you have mods that increase crit chance and crit damage. Too bad you can't put a muzzle on any smart weapons.

but mah sniper rifle(the uniq with silencer from panam chain) deal 400k dmg in one shot, i am literally oneshot every cyberpsycho at the game...

Great walkthrough. And thank you for walking it through in terms of what to hit early and first, etc. - so many builds seem to ignore this "little" thing, and it's so aggrevating to see a complete build and no idea what to target first, or indeed how to structure around a playable-from-go build.

yeah i did this with my first character... just get high level quickhacks... apply sight block quickhack, pick off a group with headshots. easy win with everything.

I would get your intelligence to at least 16 to get the two Crit cyberware for frontal cortex

I just discovered that the skull enemies will still detect you when you attack from stealth with a silencer

Enough points into cool for key perks > max out reflex > then everything into cool

Perks
(Cool) - Get cold blooded > silent but deadly > sniper > strike from the shadows > assassin > frozen precision

Handguns
(Reflexes) - Rio bravo > A fist full of eurodollars > west world > desperado > grand finally > Wild West > long shot drop pop

People REALLY don't realize how deadly Cold Blood is...And overall I don't like tech weapons tbh, AH but now I see that all the tech perks have been hidden in Engineering. Wtf. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Yall wanna know how many weapons I disassembled because I HATED charging the POSs! 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

These builds are pointless because if you just play the game you will be OP anyway

I use he Gongue until i can get a Liberator, put a silencer and a scope on it. Max my crit out, and use Cyber-psycho to make them fight themselves, and then finish off the survivors with a few easy head-shots. They usually don't even know i was there....

what is fully moded? I guess it means have all attachment slots occupied?

I'm looking at this vid like WTF why did I not think of that, it's so simple and so bloody OP. Oh well here's to creating ANOTHER character to build over my other six or seven, Lol.

Just get the Comrades Hammer. Upgrade it to legendary. Did a 174k damage crit headshot with it.
