Guis, I solved my problem, simple using old drivers, that's it. My graphics card is a rtx 2060 super, I was playing the game normal, than i update de driver and the game became to crash, so when I go for the older driver, problem solved, not just for this game, but in assassins creed odissey, this was the same, so here is a simple solution, just do this.

Clean booting just worked fine

Downloaded drivers, booted in clean mode and nothing. Moreover Enable all non Microsoft services was not clickable to restore from cleat boot to normal. Do not do this !!!

Its weird because my 780Ti & i7 4770K has this issue, how ever my Alienware 17 780M & i7 4700MQ runs perfectly first time in full screen at the start of lauch. Both have 16GB or ram aswell. I'll see if this method works for the gaming pc. -Cheers
