I want to build a ml PC with 2 GPUs and i9 13900 processor. What motherboard should I get? Also I have 2 RTX 3090s which will go into the setup.

If hosting Okay for the long run or better to buy the hardware? I want to do the AI as a hobby, but struggle with the $$ allocation.

Would it be OK If I choose the 4060ti with 16GB over the 4070ti that has 12GB of VRAM?, and about the processor, 13700k or 7900 non X?
