The Patek's movement has noticeable blemishes. That's unacceptable for a 6 figure watch.

Hands down, it's A. Lange and Sohne.

For me the two Titans would have been JLC and Lange..... I know Patik ha's great heritage, But that's old world this day and age those are the Titans

If I could afford it would choose the Patek over the other simply because of the less moving parts thinner overall profile and power reserve. Though they're both very impressive pieces of art the Patek just screams quality and value preservation.

You keep repeating A. Lange & Sohne is more efficient. I fail to see how an extra 100 pieces and an extra Case button are required to deliver same time telling result is more efficient, when PP can do the same with much less !

I do not mean to be an A#@HOLE but you either need to do some better sound editing to get rid of those inhales. Better yet would be to start exercising because talking really should not be winding you. Walking briskly 30 minutes a day should help.

I own both these pieces, although in platinum and my Patek has the salmon (opaline) dial. I never wear it. My Dato is way older too, it's a 2008 and I still, to this day wear it whenever I can. The salmon dial looks more stunning with the brown crocodile strap in my opinion, but there is an elegance and charm to the Datograph with its Rhodium face I just can't explain. It's German, it's more complicated and the exhibition back shows it with 100 more parts to the little city. I find it weighs a bit more (at least to the feel, I have never weighed them). It's not even a close comparison and I love them both, but ALS knocked out the 5270 like Tyson did against some no name fighter. It's THAT one-sided.

Funny. Patel Phillip wins here . If you have head on your shoulder you will clearly understand that. Besides this ALänge steals technology and design from Ulysse Nardin . Clearly, Russian Ulysse Nardin is better than both sheets. 😂😂😂. Propaganda is got as synonym of Branding.

I actually think that the PP`s dial looks less crowded and more beautiful. However the Lange has definitely the better looking movement. However the thickness of the case makes the PP unfortenately the better overall combination.

Lange all the way, the patek is not even close. It's the patek hype typically that tips over collectors, but lange is just hot. I would definitely buy the Lange

As far back as High School, I always attended to go down the upstairs case. So for me the Patek would be my choice. Could it be that I was subconsciously affected by the fact that one of the prettiest girls in high school and my closest friend was from Switzerland? LOL!

I thought I’d find the A Lange back to be my favourite but I love the Patek Phillipe’s presentation. I still prefer everything else about the A Lange but it was less of a landslide than I originally thought.
