You can just use the bucket on the XP obelisk directly. I get it that you're showing how the fluid tank works, but it's not completely required.

Any plans on covering the Ender Generator?

In the little autocrafting system it would probably also be a good idea to include a cobblestone generator and make stone swords axes and hoes instead, which will be a lot more durable. if the logs to sticks recipe is available (depending on modpack) this would also mean you can get away with using one less crafter, not needing to craft planks.

To my knowledge, you can also activate the xp vacuum with just the experience rod it takes to make the obelisk, just either right or shift-right click it if you have enough xp... that's how I did it in the most recent pack I've played, at least.
